this can see in the rock default kit.
it work ok when switch to 96 khz and lthen load rock default kit. then it sound correct
but it did not work ok when the kit is not load and only in studio one the sample rate is change from 44.1 khz to 96 khz
so it seem jamstix did not know for filter or compressor times that sample rate have change. can this fix or is this problem in studio one ? |

I test now with reaper too. same problem. to hear. please create a song and add jamstix with DAW rate of 44.1 khz. loadn as kit rock standard and make a JS song. then choose reaper render. render 1 file with 44.1 khz and 1 file with 96 khz. the drums sound much diffrent. it seem it change tuning too
can you heaer not the problem ? |

I have not had a chance yet to look into this but it sounds like the sample rate change is not seen properly by Jamstix in REAPER's render mode. As a work-around, render to 44.1kHz first and then re-render the resulting file to 96kHz if that is what you need. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

The problem happen too when i load a song with 44.1 khz sample rate and later change in reaper preferences to sample rate diffrent to that(96 khz hear extreme).
it seem jamstix did not notice the sample rate change. now i know this is easy to workaround. (never change sample rate later in jamstix song) but before i did not notice wy this happen i wonder wy jamstix sound so much diffrent. i have on some songs 44 khz some 48 khz dan i switch sometimes between that, because on high cpu load sometimes 44 khz work better sometimes 48 khz. depend on plugins. on this it is only a little. very much can hear when switch between 96 or 44 khz.
so i report problem in forum that other notice this too. when know that sampoe rate should not change, this is not a important problem, but if you can fix it in future is nice. |
