Hi, I seem to have a wierd situation, I purchased DrumPak #2 and trying to install it...
when I'm start JS I get the screen asking if I want to install DrumPak #2 Part 1--
I click on "Yes"--
It starts installing,
then I get the error message that It can't install the Drumpak #2 part 1 .PDF contact support. |

Does it try installing it again when you restart Jamstix?

Please disable any anti-virus software etc. you may have running during the DrumPak #2 installation and see if that helps.
If you still have problems, send me the file rzdlog.txt from your jamstix folder.

I looked at the log and I recommend you re-download the DP2 Part 1 file as this may be a download corruption issue. Let me know if that doesn't help or if you need a renewed link.

Hi Ray,
Looks like it's going to be OK,
1 downloaded from new link
2 removed old files from "addon" folder
3 updated the config file "addon section"
4 installed dp #2
5 ran program as usual.
6 checked the "About' tab verified dp#2 installed there
Thank you very much for your excellent support and super quick responses...Looking foward to JS2 !!!
