Hello Ralph and company,
I've had your lovely product for years and now that i have x1 it doesn't really open. It loads when i install it but it won't actually OPEN to do the project.  . You told me there are some kinks with Sonar x1 but i used to be able to at least open it. Before i just couldn't record with it.
Please assist me.

Please try opening Sonar via right-click->Run As Admin and see if that helps.

You have no sound because no kits are installed. Please use 'Install Pak' in the KIT window of JS to install all your Paks.

Ralph,
I installed the drums. Now i hear the drums.
Still nothing records. I tried using the keyboard to play (drums) along with the drums and it DID record what i did with the keyboard. I need it to record the jamstix drummers.
Also, i always get a note that the jamstix updater is not in the right folder. So i move it to the right folder and when i click it it says there's nothing there.
Please help.....can you call me? |
