|
|
| Is there an easy way to erase lots of notes? for example I let JS2 compose the parts....then there might be a part in the song or more commonly at the end where I need to have silence from the drummer....until he plays again... So I want to erase notes in a couple of measures. Highlighting and deleting one note at a time is slow & noisy....as I move the curser to delete...it sound every drum/cymbal it crosses. |

Use 'Clear' in the bar menu of the bar editor. Don't forget to lock the bar to keep it from being recomposed accidentally in the future. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

that worked...it cleared the whole measure.....but...is there a way to clear a note just by clicking on it while holding down a certain key? At times...I don't want to clear the entire measure...but I might want to clear specific notes in several measures....it would be easy if that is possible.
In MC4 (cakewalk) I can go into staff mode and select the erase tool....then whatever note I click on is zapped. It would be nice to see something like this in JS2 |

Simply drag an empty cell onto the note you want to delete. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
