|
|
Hi,
I have a Generalmusic WX2 arranger keyboard. I am trying to contro Jamstixl tempo directly from the knob on the keyboard panel during song playing. In song mode there is a sequencer master track with tempo information. It seems that Jamstix does not receive it. Also moving the knob does not change Jamstix tempo. It seems as tempo codes are not transmitted (only used in local) or recognized by Jamstix.
Can you help me ?
Thanks a lot
Best regards
Angelo

Hi Angelo,
Jamstix is always synched to the tempo of its host. If you can find a way to control the tempo of the host with the WX2 then Jamstix will follow. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Thanks Ralph,
the problem is that I did not notice the tempo settings in my host, Brainspawn Forte. Now Forte tracks the keyboard internal clock and Jamstix follows the tempo setting.
