I use Jamstix in the mixer effects by routing the channel effect out to Jamstix, and then triggering dfhSuperior from the channel.

Plugin routing in Samplitude can get confusing because it's schemes are so flexible, but you'll get it.

A simple start is to first make sure the jamstix.dll is in your VST folder, and that the VST path is setup in Samp. <hit 'y' key and find then hit the plugins button and set your path there

Then open the mixer and set the output at the bottom of the channel to route to MIDI>new VST instrument>jamstix.

Then set the input of that same channel to either your audio input (software monitoring should work), and/or import a MIDI track into that channel and hit play to see what happens.

I imagine Magix is working on simplifying their whole convoluted VST/effect/plugin routing schemes - especially the interface.

I'm not sitting in front of Sampltiude right now, so I may have missed something, but I hope this helps get you started.
