Hi all! I searched and couldn't find a direct answer to this question. I am looking for a way to use the audio jam feature in a free host. I saw some posts that said that this could be done in SAVIHost, but I couldn't quite figure out how to do it. Since SAVIHost only runs one plugin at a time, how do I install the insert effect on the audio in (as stated in the online directions) when that is in another plugin?
I am running on a laptop with a primitive soundcard, but the output sound does work.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Also, please count this as another vote for a standalone version!

SAVIHost is the best free way to run JS stand-alone. You need to set up the wave devices so you have a valid audio-in device, set the proper recording input in the Windows mixer and the red light in Jamstix should light up, indicating audio input.
Of course, this won't work with plugin audio output. For that you need a bigger host. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
