First, a specific question. Whenever I try to send a PM, I click submit and them I am told that the message has been sent. But when I go looking, I find it in my Out-box and not in my Sent-box. I assume that means it has not been sent (which also explains why I get no responses). I have done this several times. Do I have to click something else to send it from you out-box? Any explainations?

Secondly - a more general question regarding the forum (and perhaps forums in general). I am quite new to using forums. Already I have had several questions about using the forum, posting, etc. I think it would be helpful to have some basic instructions available for new users. This might also include instructions about forum etiquette, etc. Perhaps this already exists?
