Hi Ralph
I have mapped the kit as follows:
Output 2 - snare
Output 3 - kick
Output 4 - toms
Output 1 - rest of kit
Output 3 (kick) seems to monitor the snare and the kick. I have loaded different kits and checked on several songs but still the same.
I can't help but think I'm missing something obvious. Can you put me right please?
Nothing to do with the above but for anybody that's having problems with clicks & pops on playback, drove me mad and I followed all the recommendations on the various forums but nothing worked - I eventually found that unplugging all USB cables (modem/iPod, etc.) made these problems go away. I use a seperate removeable hard drive caddy (mobile rack) for music but had left the USB cables plugged in to the mobo
Just a suggestion if anybody is desperate. _________________ Regards to all

I can see that the volume display of #3 also shows the #2 signal. Is that what you mean? We'll fix that bug. Thanks for the catch! _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Ralph
Wow what a fast response! (awesome, it's gone midnight here in the UK)
Yes I guess that's what I mean.
You're welcome - thanks. _________________ Regards to all

Found the bug. Will be fixed in X9-2. This is purely cosmetical though, the bug doesn't effect sound. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
