I got the mail, downloaded the fix, and now I am redownloading the full snarepak, just in case I need to reinstall jamstix in the future.
Thank you _________________ AMDx2 4600+-K8Npro-3Gb Ram-Fierface-BCF2000-Win XP pro sp2-Cubase SX3.1.1.944

I got the mail about the fix, too, thank you.
I´m downloading the whole pack again though for easier installation process in the future. |

Hello. What directory should one unzip the additional files in the fix? Do they just go into the /Addons directory?
Many thanks,

Please unzip into the 'samples' folder, not the 'addons' folder. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Might be worth updating the snarepak download page - it still says "62 MB" but the updated file is the full 69 MB.
Regards,
Phil |

Hello,
I downloaded the snare pak fix, and I also re-downloaded the whole snare pak file...
But I noticed that the new whole snare pack is 67.9 MB
But the original + the fix is 60.4 MB + 6.52 MB = only 66.92 MB
What up?
Also you say to put the fix in the 'samples' folder, but the orginal says to put it elsewhere?
I have not yet installed any of the Snare Pak as of this time, so if there's instructions I haven't read it yet

The fix is a ZIP of RZD files, the updated full SnarePak is a zipped RXP. That's why they are different in size, the files are the same.

Yes, SnarePak.rxp goes into the 'addons' folder so Jamstix can install it. The fix is merely the missing sample files so they go straight to the 'samples' folder.

Instructions for the full Pak are on the download page you received when you bought SnarePak. In short, they say: download ZIP and unzip into the 'addons' folder then run Jamstix.
The fix ZIP mail had precise instructions on its use but since you haven't installed SnarePak yet, just ignore the fix completely and just follow the instructions for the full Pak download & installation.
Hope this helps! _________________ Ralph Zeuner
