Hi! I´ve notice that some snares hasn´t rimshot samples (rockstar)... I´m I wrong?

I haven't received my SnarePak download info (purchased on Friday 3th).
Is this normal ? Sorry for my impatience.
I will wait 1-2 days more then I will contact sales@rayzoon.com with my receipt. |

That is NOT normal! Normally you get your mail after a few minutes.. as it was in my case. Ralph will figure that out! You won't regret buying the snare pack!  |

That's correct. Some snares don't have rimshots because they're too deep and/or muffled. We also omitted some sidesticks because many sounded way too alike.
We did forget some Premier samples though and we have sent mails to all owners with a fix. Let me know if you did not receive that e-mail.

No, that is not normal. We do not show an order from you. Please e-mail me your transaction number to sales at rayzoon.com and we'll get this sorted out.

Peter, we've found your order. Sometimes PayPal doesn't send us the notification mail. We manually searched for you and found the transaction. SnarePak is on its way...

Hmm, has anyone received the SnarePak Fix e-mail?
Dieszel, I will resent it in a sec. It's just a 7MB ZIP to copy into ther 'samples' folder.
Peter, you won't get the fix mail as the main download is now corrected.

I'm a very civil and mature person but you don't want to know what I would do if I was alone in a room with one of these spam kings...
