Rewind, when i use it and stop it to go back and replay the song JS starts from the bar it stopped at and will not start over unless i press rewind on JS and then i have to press start and it starts before i can hit go on the host.

Sounds like your host is not sending proper song position information. You are saying that Jamstix advances its bar/beat counter even if MTS is stopped?

Yes it just keep going i open the VSTi up to check it out and it just keeps rolling.

This sounds as if MTS is not reporting VST HostPlaying status correctly, in other words it says it's always playing even if it stopped. I recommend you request clarification on that from the MTS tech support.
