I think it could be good thing, this 'player' and helpful to both rayzoon and many lighter weight users...
I would ONLY caution that whatever it gets named be such that there is NO confusion about it actually being JS! I know this might sound silly but hey, people are strange and as information gets passed around ear to ear confusion reigns supreme... 
otherwise, hell... why not do it?
and I wish you good luck with it when it comes out. |

You got that right! The name would be guaranteed not to have JAM or STIX anywhere in it

We're fully focused on Jam Bass at this time. Side projects are the Jamstix 1.5 update and the SnarePak.
After Jam Bass is released, we will focus on Jamcussion (percussion player) and the JS Player may then become a side project along with Jam Bass sound paks.
