Jamstix is all I use these days! I had to "rebuild" my computer over the weekend and I picked up a lot of space not loading all those loops that I used to use! |

That's one thing we've been discussing...not sure how much demand there would be, though. |
I certainly hope there's enough demand for a mallets kit. But if there isn't, I understand... I'm completely digging this latest brush kit... and the birch drumset sounds great in a jazz setting too. These add-on packs are fantastic! |

Perhaps there might be scope to mix articulations within an arrangement - eg load both mallets and brushes (or mallets/brushes and sticks) and have the played patterns move onto the second set for a particular phase/section of the tune. This could be pretty nice for creating dynamics in a tune. |

Not a bad idea at all but we have stayed away so far from things that dramatically increase memory usage. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| To do with memory usage, by the way, would it be possible to have an option to turn off the initial loading of samples? It doesn't take too long to load all the samples, but it would be a nice option. |

Load the mapping 'Internal Silence' and then save it right back as 'default.rdm'. The default file is what Jamstix loads at startup. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
