Hi Ralph

I was wondering if there was a way to use an Ending within the structure of the song other than at the End.
I've tried to do this but Jamsticks mutes all output after an Ending has been triggered. Is there a setting in Jamstix.ini that I could change or am I missing something.

On another vein would it be possible to display the currently loaded arrangement name in the Arrangement window.
I've been developing songs by playing in Manual mode with successive "play throughs" using a copy of a basic arrangement but with probability settings increased each time for Snares,Toms and Crashes.
After each pass I save this arrangement, pick out what I like and transfer the elements to a " Master Arrangement"

I have tried using the envelopes in Cubase SX 2 but have found that they are not saved when I re-load the project. It's a Cubase issue Not Jamstix

Regards

One way to do it would be to record the midi out from jamstix into your sequencer and structure the intro, verse, endings, etc that way

Cool

Use a Fill instead of Ending (they use the same names) and then use an emtpy rhythm slot for the silence afterwards (with cymbal slider and accent sliders all the way left for full silence)

We'll see what we can do...

The next beta will make those in-song endings easier by allowing the end crash/kick on the one after a fill to pass through a muted bar so you can then just use a fill and mute bars afterwards as needed.
