My old machine recently got retired and I decided to make it a pure music making PC. I just finished the process of wiping it clean and re-installing everything including my original JamStix 1.0 and everyhing worked just fine. Then I found out about the 1.4 update, downloaded and installed.
However, after that JamStix does not load anymore, I just get a message saying something like "Sorry but the ... failed to load" when I try to load JamStix.
The update gave no errors or warnings. The 1.0 version was installed in the standard vst folder of Cubase SE and all dirs placed at the default location as suggested by the installer including the samples. As far as I can see the files are updated including the JamStix dll. The path in the registry looks OK as well.
Any suggestions are very much appreciated.

I'm running XP SP2, Cubase SE.

Please send us the rzdlog.txt file from your Jamstix folder to support @ rayzoon.com
