|
|
Hi
I just discoverd that if I use a mapping like DFH in my project and save the project, reopen it, now the mapping is back to the default mapping and I have to load the DFH mapping again. Is this problem a cubase problem or could it be JS ?
Otherwise JS are by far the best drum ever, and I have tried them all, belive me.
Thanks Rayzoon. |

I can't duplicate this problem. What version of Cubase is this? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Let's agree on a set of test steps:
- open Cubase, create new project
- add Jamstix to VST synth rack
- go to mapping tab and load any 'DFH...' mapping
- go to jam tab and click 'Free jam'
- start Cubase and verify that drums start to play after a few beats
- save Cubase project and close it
- reload Cubase project
If it doesn't load the DFH mapping, please send the CPR file to our support address. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi
I did as yoy wrote and I just found out what the problem is.
Its the JS GUI that dont update it self corect.
In the Mapping tab it says "Default" under "Midi Out-Only"
But in the sounds area it says drummer.dll.
So it loads DFH but it says "default" as well.
Mybe you can see that to, otherwise its Me that are the problem |

Yes, when you load a project in your host, JS doesn't know anymore where the mapping originally came from and calls it 'default' but the data is still there. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
