|
|
Hi, I've derived a simple bongo and conga kit from a larger one, which leaves both on channel 7. I want to split them so I put them up channels 1 and 2. Works just fine.
But JS isn't saving these new routings; not in Cubase, as a new preset or as a new saved kit.
Anything I can do about this?
Cheers,
Duncan

In the Kit window:
1) Kit drop down menu>Audio Output Routing Presets>Send Jamcussion Kit To Audio Output> Output #1.
2) Kit drop down menu>Audio Output Routing Presets>Always Load Jamcussion To Audio Output>Per Kit Assignment.
3) Save your Kit.
This worked for me if I'm understanding your issue correctly. The saved Jamcussion kit then always outputs on Channel 1 when loaded, which is what I chose for it. |

Yep, that's got it. Thanks!
[Edit] You don't need step 1 (unless the preset suits of course). You can assign the output of each kit piece individually and it will use them next time as long as 'Per Kit Assignment' is checked. |
