But I, and many others on this forum, will praise Ralph as a hero. Ralph deserves a medal for the inspired dream he had 20 or so years ago. I believe that Jamstix is a great product and I will continue to support Rayzoon for as long as it is around.

I could not possibly agree any stronger with this statement. Well said.

Completely agree with this statement. This is a fantastic piece of software - all thanks to Ralph’s vision and hard work.

That's all fine and great to thank Ralph for Jamstix (and I do as well), but either Rayzoon wants to continue business to new customers or they do not. You can't have it both ways. I would love to recommend to friends to purchase during this holiday sale, but I will NOT because I can't tell them it isn't a dead product. I'm not going to suggest someone buy software while knowing further development and support for new features OR bug fixes OR store going offline in 3 months remain a big mystery. It just isn't good business to act like your product is current when there has been no messaging in years. My guess is the management of the store has been offloaded, all development is over and they are just keeping the store front open to generate income. So be it. Sorry to sound harsh but that's the truth from where I sit.

I'm totally in agreement with these sentiments.

On a personal level if the day comes when Jamstix doesn't function or can't be registered to a future new PC, I will be inconsolable.

Really wish Ralph would put in an appearance here to clarify things.
