Hi everyone,

I apologize if this has been asked before. I'm using Jamstix with ProTools and have added it to an instrument track. I've selected my kit, style and drummer and have used the "Build" menu to construct my song. When I use the "Preview" button, I can hear all of the notes playing along with the graphic showing which kit pieces are currently being used. However, when I play the song back using the Transport in ProTools, not every note is firing. It is still displayed in the pattern window, but there's no audio. So the drums sound janky and disjointed. Why am I not getting audio for all beats even though it plays accurately in the Preview? I'm at my wits end!

I have never used Pro Tools so can'be of much help. Really just trying to see if I can help anyway.
Have you tried JS4 in another DAW to rule out your system? There are several DAW's you can get for free that you could try.

Reaper: https://www.reaper.fm/

Cakewalk by Bandlab: https://www.bandlab.com/products/cakewalk#download

Both are free and can do a very good job at production work. Try these and see if JS4 does the same thing. I suspect it will not. If it does, it's something in your system (which I doubt).

You can try to send in a support email to Rayzoon. They are still getting back to people from what I hear.
