I think you select the "Install Beta versions" (away from DAW so unsure of actual description) option from the Manager Tool. Been a long time so can't be sure of what prompts are, etc. Hope this gets you on the right track.

Yes, as Br_ndo said, make sure that "Install Beta Versions When Available" is checked under Install Options in the Manager app.
