.wav Audio drum loop for JS interpretation?

Getting back into it after a few years and have forgotten more than I knew. I have a lot of drum loops and it would be quick for me to grab one , say a train style and play that audio for JS to cook something up. Would that work? That would be a fast way for me to go to get whatever style I'm after. I would just drop the .wav file onto a Reaper track. I don't quite know where to go from there. I'll re-read the manual but mainly am wondering if I can do this.

Hi geoff_sct,

You can have Jamstix base its composition on imported MIDI clips but it cannot do anything with audio files.

Thanks. That'll save me some time. Maybe I'll look at converting some of these .wav files to midi somehow.
