Hello All
It's been a long time since I used JS - and I was and still am just a hobbyist.
I just upgraded to 4 and while waiting for confirmation email thought I'd ask a few questions.

I like Tangerine Dream as a band - I'd like to emulate some music of theirs - any suggestions re Drummers/Paks etc. Obviously they don't quite follow the traditional song structure.

I've had Superior Drummer 1 for ages - I'm pretty sure JS4 will work with that still?

I picked up an Alesis SR 16 drum module pretty cheap a while ago. While it's again been around for ages - I quite like some of the sounds. Can JS4 control that?

Thanks.

I can't honestly answer your first question since I'm only familiar with their music on the Risky Business soundtrack. Just looked on Wikipedia and man, they were prolific.

As long as it accepts midi input it will work.

As long as it accepts midi input it will work. I've driven my DM5 with Jamstix but you'll have to tweak your set up to compensate for latency, which will likely be considerable.

Sorry for the slow reply, I missed this somehow.
