That is simply 4/4.
With toms doing two eights notes in beats 2 and 4.
Note: I have edited my text, replacing quarters by eights (my mistake).

I made a mistake, as I normally don’t use the name quarters or eights, but “negras” and “corcheas” instead, respectively. I replaced in my text quarters for eights.
Maybe this can help for future analysis: in this case, figure out toms were playing eights all the time, in 4/4 signature. Then silence the two on beat one (and one and a half) and same in beat three (and three and a half) and put there a kick playing quarters on beats one and three. |
