OS: OSX Yosemite
DAW: Pro Tools 12.0
After using Jamstix 3 for some years, I downloaded the free sample of the Jamstix 4 Beta. I find that it gives me only one crack at the "Create Song" button. After I click it once, it greys out, and even if I click "reset," "clear," and "clear song" (the last under the drop down menu under "Song" in the left window) I cannot click "Create Song" again until I remove the plugin from my track and re-insert it. Am I missing something? I can re-create in Jamstix 3 with no trouble. |

Hi Captain,
If Ralph doesn't see this post and reply soon, I would definitely use the Manager app to send an email to support with your log files. I use neither OSX or Pro Tools so I can't even venture a guess on this one, sorry. |

When this happens, please do a 'Save Song' in the song menu and send me the file.

| "Save song" gives me the error message "This function is only available in the full version!" I would buy it, I'm just a little leery of knowingly buying it when it isn't fully working for me ... |

Duh, I'm sorry, I should have thought of that with the free version 
Yes, do not buy it until the free version works well for you. As you know, JS4 is still Beta for macOS. Please replicate the problem and then use 'Email Tech Support' in the help menu of JS4 or the manager tool to send me the logs.
