Did you maybe lose a time sig marker in your Reaper project somehow?

no, the option to enable multiple time sigs wasn't on.

It was saved WITH this on and I thought options were saved or something Smile

It was weird. I could have easily loaded a j2d from an older file but found this disconcerting.

After you formatted and reinstalled Jamstix I'm pretty sure that the Multiple Time Sig option is off by default. That's probably what happened. Glad you got it figured out though.
