| Really nice Paul, great playing and use of tone control/pickup selection. I always loved that about Strats. Drums seem a bit too bright and prevalent in the mix but that's a matter of opinion. |

Thanks for the feedback and you are right. I went a bit over-the-top with the Drum mix. I liked the sounds I was getting from the kit/mix a bit too much
Tweaked it down bit etc,

Yeah that's much smoother, sounds good. What are you using for an Amp or Sim?
Edit: Nevermind I just saw the Tag on the Soundcloud page. Sounds great. |

I've quite a few options but for ease I like to use my Zoom G1xon multifx/amp sim,

but it goes through my Behringer Mic100 Valve pre-amp which I use for Phantom powered vocal mics but has great options also for Guitar/Bass and keyboard and gets rid of any digital amp sim fizz.

Then through a Line6 Studio GX as the PC input/sound-card and Podfarm software but with a Patch that is just a DI patch so not using any of it's amps sims but it has great echoes and reverbs.
You can get some great sounds out of Podfarm but the Zoom is is quicker to dial in sounds and mess around. Even has a short looper and drum machine for a quick jam
When I first got the Zoom I did a quick looper demo and even the bass is a guitar using the Zoom as a Bass guitar emulator!

| That's pretty impressive. Granted, I'm listening on Bluetooth earbuds but I never would have guessed that wasn't an actual Bass on that track. |
