Hi Support Team!

I downloaded the offline-package and copied it to my music-computer.
When I start the JS4 Manager nothing happens although the icon is in the taskbar,
then after around 20 to 30 seconds I get the following error-message:
Error sending data: (12002) Das Zeitlimit für den Vorgang wurde erreicht.
I can only click "ok" then the manager shuts down.

I'm using Win 7 Pro SP1 64 Bit

Hi Tom,
I can't offer any help with your issue but if Ralph does not reply here in the forum sometime today, I would use the Manager app to email support directly. Hope you get this straightened out quickly. Welcome to the forum.

Installer will not run on up to minute updated Mac Catalina

Says it can't be verified.

Downloaded the pkg just now so I assume it's the latest.
