When you click on the link for the manager in the browser on our site, it downloads to 'Downloads' as 'Jamstix4Manager.pkg'.
Click on it and a dialog will open up as 'Welcome to Jamstix4Manager Installer'. Follow the directions and it will install 'Jamstix4Manager.app' under 'Applications',which you can then run. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| I followed your instructions, which is the usual method on installation on MacOS, it announces "The installation was successful", but there is no Jamstix4Manager.app in the App folder. |

We are still working on various macOS issues but please try this work-around for the "no Jamstix4Manager.app" issue:
Run the package but direct it to install to a USB stick or external drive instead of 'Applications'. We just had a user who got the manager app installed that way. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
