Hello- and a happy new year !
I see that there are several different Jamstix 4 versions on offer;
Jamstix 4 Free Jamstix 4 Standard Jamstix 4XL Jamstix 4P Jamstix 4XXL Jamstix 4 Studio Jamstix 4 Ultimate
I've always assumed that I had the classiest one- but my 'drummer ' numbers don't tally. T add to my confusion the Jamstix 3 online tutorials have waaaaay more drummers and styles than I do.
Can somebody put me straight, please.
How can I determine which Jamstix 4 version I've got ? It says 4.4.6 - but which flavor is that , Studio , Ultimate ?

Hi moon,

4.4.6 is the version "number" of your Jamstix. What determines the version "level" of your Jamstix is the Expansions and Mini-Paks you've optionally purchased. This page shows what composes the various "levels".

Hello a_z, and a very merry christmas to you.
Yes, I understand that- and as far as I know I've purchased every available add-on, but , for example- my installation lists 38 drummers which doesn't tally with any version on that page - and that falls far short of the number listed in the Jamstix 3 video tutorial- so I am somewhat confused.

The reason this is bothering me at all is that I'm trying to re-install all my Jamstix via the management tool- and everything comes up as installation ' Failed '. I'm currently waiting for the techs to advise me- in the new year will do as we're all on vacation.

Hi moon,

A belated Merry Christmas to you also. I really don't have any other suggestions unfortunately if the Manager installation is failing. Have you sent an email to support@rayzoon? Ralph might still be recovering from eating too much yesterday but he will definitely do his best to solve your issue as he always does. I would suggest doing that if you haven't already. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful with this.

I'm not sure I can correlate anything on the support side with this. Can you email or PM with the email that your support request came from? I want to make sure this is not falling through the cracks.
