I'm sorry! I responded to someone that had the same issue via email and thought it was you.

I've just emailed you on the Jamstix 4 issue.

Concerning Jamstix 3, we cannot supply free updates for all the things that Apple forces us to change for newer version of macOS. Plus, parts of it are 32-bit, which Apple no longer supports, starting with Catalina. The good news is that JS4 can read JS3 song files so project transitions are fairly easy.

I've responded to your email. I am unable to install Jamstix4manager.app. The pkg runs, seemingly successfully, but at it's completion there is no corresponding app in the Applications Folder.

Just to recap, I bought Jamstix 4 in May 2018 and licensed the OSX version of Jamstix 4 in Mar 2019. The issues here is Jamstix 4 on Mac OSX (Mojave), not an issue with Jamstix 3.

Your issue is different than what we have seen with other users. We are still trying to figure out why JamStix4Manager.pkg is not creating the manager in 'Applications' for you as it does for everyone else.

We are working on a manual work-around for you for now. Look out for an email later today.

Where does Jamstix4Manager install itself? It's not in "Downloads" where the pkg is placed and it's not in "Applications" where applications are usually placed.
