Hello
How can I get the bog-standard wire brushes ' stir ' sound on snare and cymbal , please.
In fact, I can't get any brush sound at all- just sticks- even though I'm selecting ' brushes ' and ' brush player '.
Regards.

Are you loading the Brushes kit under the Jazz category?

Sorry for the delay- working.

Yes, Drum Style = Brush Swing Drum Kit = Brushes.

But I've got sticks.

Are you placing the brushing sounds manually in the bar editor or are you using the 'Brush Swing' style?

The ' brush swing ' style, Ralph. I'm unable to get any brush sounds at all.
Can you outline how it's done, please.

- load kit 'Brushes' from 'Jazz' folder
- load style 'Brush Swing'
- load drummer 'Brush Player' from 'Jazz & Swing'

Brushing sounds will be on left hand and can be controlled via 'Brushing' element in the brain.

Thanks Ralph- yes, I've got that but it isn't what I want. I've got ' brushes' up on maximum - which I can now hear- but I've still got sticks as well .
Is it possible to have simple brushes, one in each hand, playing simple ' tap and stir ' ?

Please do a 'Save Song' in the JS4 song menu for that project and send me that file so I can hear exactly what you are hearing.
