the odd time pack seems to have some cool clave and different percussion stuff - how can I route that out to superior drummer or maybe another percussion set?

In the kit editor for the drum set, select the percussion sounds, i.e. 'Shaker', click the sound name and set it to 'MIDI OUTPUT ONLY' and then change the MIDI key to the key your 3rd party plugin expects for the sound. Now route the MIDI output of JS4 to the plugin in the DAW and you're all set.

Note that whenever you do a mix of JS sounds and 3rd party sounds, you'll want to have the MIDI jack icon in the kit editor lit (or use 'No MIDI Output For Internal Sounds' in the kit menu). This ensures that your 3rd party plugin will only receive notes for the kit pieces you've edited to be MIDI only.
