Anyone using JS4 and Cubase 7.5. I've had trouble upgrading from JS3 - samples are distorted.
If project has JS3 is implemented first and then adding JS4 all is fine. I can live with this work-around but my inner self is not happy. Life of an engineer...LOL.

I would suggest using the Manager app to email Support directly for this. Don't forget to attach the Support.zip file.

I can’t remember which Version of Cubase I was using when we started testing JS4. If I had to guess I would say Cubase 8. It is possible there is something “incompatible” with that version but I can't imagine what or why. I wonder if this has something to do with file permissions. Hopefully, Ralph can figure it out.
