I like have a realtime record feature of a pattern in JS4. maybe other like it too. i like have this in pattern record easy so that the midi keyboard input can use to record patterns in overwrite/merge mode. maybe other like the feature too. or is this much work to program ?

Have you checked out MIDI learn? It's the MIDI plug icon in the left panel of the bar editor. When active, it will attempt to fit incoming MIDI drum data into the bar allowing you to input a basic pattern.

Great thank you, this is what i need. i can now record. because it is label as midi learn i thought it do the drum instrument mapping. I think better name is Midi Input
