Do the names you use for your song 'parts' matter?

I'm putting together an instrumental with a bunch of different sections. I don't have names for them so I was using Roman numerals, but I also see that 'I' 'V' & 'X' are used in the Available Parts section of the Song Builder. I ended up using 13 parts, so I used all 3 of those letters, and noticed some odd jumping around when I played the song back. Could using those letters be the reason why?

I just made a quick build with 15 parts titled I through XV and everything worked as it should. The part names have no effect that I've ever seen.
