|
|
| I'm trying the free version of Jamstix 4 to assess whether I should upgrade from 3. I'm using it in Bitwig. It's not working very well - every time I adjust something on the GUI, I hear clicks and pops. My system is fully up to date with drivers etc. Jamstix 4 is the only plugin GUI which does this. Does anyone else have this problem and am I likely to still experience if I pay for a full upgrade? |

| Use the Manager app to send an email to support and attach the log files. |

Yes, send the logs at Azimuth said. Also, quick thing to try right now is this:
- close DAW
- open manager tool
- click 'Troubleshooting'
- uncheck '2D Acceleration'
- check 'Disable Hardware Acceleration' _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| Where do I install the manager tool? It says "Manager tool could not be found." |

| A copy of the Manager app (Jamstix4Manager.exe) should be located in C:\ProgramData\Jamstix 4 Data if you haven't uninstalled Jamstix. |

It's supposed to be in that very folder? I don't see it. Maybe because I only have the free version installed?

Ran it. Disabled 2D acceleration. Problem is now even worse. Audio cuts out whenever I am adjusting anything in the brain. I use hundreds of plugins and not one of them does this when using the GUI, so it can't be my system. |

We'll get it sorted. Please click 'Email Tech Support' in the manager to send me the logs so I can look into this. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
