error when updating to 4.2.2

Jamstix appears to be working and I think I am OK.

There error happened when installing the C++ package.

The last line in the log file shows:

[2F18:0BD8][2019-01-28T17:53:23]e000: Error 0x80070666: Cannot install a product when a newer version is installed.

So it looks like the installer is packaged with an older version than what I have installed on my PC.

That happened to me too. Before automatically trying to install the C++ package shouldn't the installer check first to see if it's already installed, and if so, which version?

The same here. I just ignored the message. I believe JS is updated and installed by the manager before it tries to install this other package.

This does not affect Jamstix functionality but we're going to fix this soon in a manager update.
