Has anyone been able to get audio jamming to work on JS4 for Mac? Is this a known issue? Does audioM8 need to be updated?
I couldn't get MIDI jamming work either FWIW. |

No I couldn't get it to work either.
Is there a place where we can report bugs?
The song structure is not taking on the names of the sections after I generate the beats. So instead of saying Verse, Chorus etc. it's named Jamstix1 for example. I can't change it either. |

| Hey all, are we meant to be using the AudioM8 plugin on tracks for Audio/Midi jamming? its the same version from Jamstix 3. A newer version didn't come with Jamstix 4 for OSX. |

Yes, it's the same version as for Jamstix 3.

First of Jamstix 4 runs perfectly in Cubase Pro. 10, Iโm new to cubase 10 and I canโt figure out how to route Jamstix into Superior drummer 3 any cubase Proโs out there know how to do it? |

Enable midi out in jamstix
in superior Drummer track assign the midi input to jamstix midi out.you will see the option there.turn on the monitor icon on SD track.
load appropriate map In jamstix.

I thought I'd bump this one. Same problem -- the 3D drummer stalls after a few bars, never to unfreeze. I'll email a log in a moment.
Not the end of the world, but it would be nice to replace all that screen real estate with something else. Don't really need the visuals, even though they're pretty cool when they work.

I had the same problem happen.
Another thing i notice is that the 3D drum kit is lagged behind the actual sound by a noticeable amount, which is confusing. |

Basic question: how does a person navigate within the song structure in JS4? There's a slider to do that in JS3, but it's not there in 4. Can't figure out what replaced it. Any tips for a new 4 user? I've circled it in blue in this picture:

Another stupid question. What is the workflow to change the brain to new settings for all parts at once? I chugged through and built a song structure with our old friend James and all the other defaults, figuring I'd get that right before anything else.
I know that I can go through and change style/drummer/kit one part at a time (either by hand or with copy/paste). But at the early stages I'd like to be able to switch those across all the parts at the same time. Any way to do that? Sorry to get a "beta test" thread off topic with these newbie questions. |
