| Hi ..looking back through some posts there are some hints on how to createe flams ..i love flams but cant seem to figure how to get them to occur in a fill where i need them..i see plenty of options for toms but not snare..can someone give me a guide on how to achieve this ..much appreciated in advance |

Flams are created by certain drummer models only and cannot be influenced from the fill controls other than shifting the focus between style and drummer.
Work-around is to take a fill you like and then add some flams manually. A good way to do a snare flam in Jamstix is to put two snares one each hand for the same tick. Set the timing of the left hand snare to +40ms or so and change its sound to snare offset or snare rimshot. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Really you'd only have to do what Ralph suggested once and then copy both Snare hits and paste the result wherever you wanted it placed. |
