Choose the 'GM2' mapping in the importer and see how it works. If it's not even close, do you have a MIDI map reference for the drum kits from Korg? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Sure, will give GM2 a shot.
The drum maps are here:
https://www.korg.com/download/global/kronos2/KRONOS_VNL_EFGSJ3.pdf
starting on page 24.
If you look at the drum patterns, which start on page 184, a lot of them say [All] after them, meaning they should work with any of the kits. Which I guess means there is some rhyme or reason to the kit layouts. Some of them have specific designations like [Dance] which means those patterns are designed to work only with a specific kit.
There are also some GM kits that start on p. 175. Those appear to be very consistently laid out, and the [All] patterns seem to work with them. So maybe those [All] patterns follow the GM standard? |

Yes, sounds like [ALL] patterns follow GM standard. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
