Hi, Ive been using JS4 since it came out with Ableton Live ver 9 under Win 7 on both my main computer and my laptop. Slight problems = yes but there were work arounds. Ive now upgraded to Win 10 and find on my main music computer everything works fine however on my laptop Live will not recognise the JS4 vst - everything else is ok even AudioM8. I've tried reloading both JS4 and Ableton but still no luck.
Anyone any ideas?

I should say that it recognised JS1 and JS2 but not JS3

Please use 'Email Tech Support' in the manager tool to send me the logs.

Hi
sent the logs and then reloaded everything and sent them again -still no luck.
I have now installed a new clean hard drive and loaded win 10 successfully, then loaded Ableton ver 9.7.4 : then loaded JS3 ver 3.6.5 (just the basic programme for quickness) again AudioM8 is recognised by Live but not jamstix3......
This is very bizarre
