ERROR: Error sending data: (12007) The server name or address could not be resolved

Hi - I'm getting his error when trying to do an offline install - the package seemed to create with no errors on my download computer. I'm getting the error when trying to run the manager on the offline target computer from the Jamstix4 data folder

RESOLVED:

There was also a memory read error, but after I turned off my VMware workstation 12 virtual server and ran as administrator - the installer worked.
