The main reason I would want to upgrade Jamstix3 to 4 is the brain hi-hat grid editor akin to the kick and snare one from Jamstix Classic style.
However, this feature is not on the free version and I can't find any video or screenshot of it. Is anyone with the full version kind enough to post a screenshot or answer me how it looks like?
Is it something like this?

Like, it just adds a grid box to the existing options of the current style but overwritting the style's hihat behaviour?
Thanks

Hi,
It is in the free edition. In the Groove window Brain>Add>Hihat Grid. That image is exactly how it appears. |

Not in mine :/
When I go to Groove -> Brain -> Add -> Hihat Grid
It opens a pop-up "INFORMATION: This function is only available in the full version!" |

| OOPS sorry about that, you are correct. I forgot Brain add was disabled. The Hihat grid looks and works exactly how the Kick and Snare grid worked in Jamstix 3. Really sorry about that. |

It works just like the kick and snare grids. We are also looking into adding another grid for toms in a future update. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Cool, please do it!
When I use Jamstix I just create a beat pattern on the grid and let Jamstix spice this loop with fills and velocity variations while I jam on other instruments. |
