I've just downloaded and installed JS4. Looks good. However, some of my JS3 drummers and styles seem unavaiable - appear in red text. Carter, steve, Charlie, John, Roger and others are examples. Styles such as the country ones and many others are also red and unavailable. I have certainly had access to these in JS3 having bought many of the add on packs. Any ideas Ralph?

edit: I do seem to have all the kits I should though

Does Jamstix show as 'Free Edition' when opened in your DAW?

No, its the full version, with my name at the bottom. I did d'l the free version yesterday and installed the full version over the top of it using the Manager program. Which does show that all my add ons were installed

Please email me these files:

C:\ProgramData\Jamstix4\Installer\installer.ini
C:\ProgramData\Jamstix4\Installer\log.txt

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience!

Panic over, I re-installed and as if by magic the drummers have returned. I really am not going to get any work done this weekend Smile

Congratulations on the release Ralph.

I think all I will get done this weekend is work since we seem to have some installer issues here. But I'm glad you got it sorted and I hope you and JS4 will have a very good weekend together Wink

Me too.. I also tried the free one first.. It had some scaling issues, as I have my resolution set at 125%.
I upgraded to full version and checked the box to override DPI setting and that seemed to sort it out but I did notice some of my drummers seemed to be missing.
I will try reinstalling to see if that sorts it out.

Andy, wait a bit until we have the new 4.0.2 out. Should just be a matter of an hour or so.

Whoops! Too late I hit the button Mad

Loving the new design Ralph. It seems much more responsive to me.
The easy, normal and pro choices are great, much quicker to, quickly throw together a rough rough drum part, then you can alter or add to it later.
