I upgraded to JS4 and audio jam mode no longer works.

Hi,
I have to briefly revive this topic, I guess.
I exactly had the issue that the thread title describes, until I copied AudioM8.dll from 'C:\ProgramData\Jamstix4\bin\64' into my plugin directory, overwriting an slightly older version.
Was this a problem of the installer that did not copy the file automatically?
Besides this: great upgrade, Ralph, congratulations.
Regards,

Actually, we had an incorrect version in the original JS4 installer.
Glad you're liking JS4! _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| Ah, ok, but even after I updated to 4.0.2 some hours ago, it did not work, only when I manually copied the AudioM8.dll. |

Hmmm, please update to 4.0.3 now and tell me if the problem reappears. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Before updating to 4.0.3 I copied the AudioM8.dll as described above and after updating it still works. The AudioM8.dll has the file date Dec. 2nd, 9:25pm. I deleted the older one, but this one had a file date from end of November, if I remember correctly.
A small new issue: when I am on the 'Option\Jamming Options' page the bottom line reads 'UI Update Error [options_jamming] @422 (Access violation at address...'. I thought that was gone after the AudioM8 copy, but maybe that has nothing to do with that?!
Shall I send you a mail with a screenshot of the complete error message? |

I've just bought the upgrade to Jamstix 4.Is it best to uninstall Jamstix 3 with that audio m8 associated with it? _________________ EMU 1820M user |
