I use Jamstix within Sonar Platinum (fully up to date), 64 bit version, Windows 10.

I have found that if I mute a limb for the duration of a part and then save the Sonar project, that mute is not saved and I have to re-enable it the next time I load the project.

Is this by design or is it a bug?

Muting limbs is considered a temporary action in JS3 and therefore not saved. I'll see what we can about it in JS4.

Yes that would be very helpful - after all mutes are part of the ongoing process of arrangement and I think most users would make them with the expectation that they will be preserved with the project.
