Ride and cymbals are on the same output. So how can I lower the velocity of the cymbals without lowering the velocity of the ride?

In The Kit window, choose Output Routing 8 in the drop down menu. That will put the Ride on JS Mixer Channel 6 and all of the other Cymbals (except Hi Hat) on Channel 7. Or you could change the Velocity Behavior curve in the Kit window for all of your cymbals other than the Ride.

It's Channel 5 for Ride and 6 for the rest of the Cymbals in that routing.
