Whenever I try to lock or unlock an individual bar, it takes anywhere from 3-10 clicks until it "catches." I have no problem with the "lock/unlock all bars" menu items, just the icon in the bar view. rzdlog info:

Workaround I found: there's a tiny spot to the lower right of the area OUTSIDE the icon that seems to work consistently. Clicking anywhere on the icon itself still fails, though.
