I opened the project which was functioning last night in Samplitude Pro X2
And was getting no sound from JamStix 3.61 and when I opened the GUI
it was blank except for a message "Center has no available slots". I tried opening JamStix in the latest version of Studio One and it has the same message.

OK I restarted the computer and it's working now. No idea why that happened.
